Who we are
Practice Reinventors is part of Reinventors, a software company in Warsaw, Poland. We are responsible for the data this site collects.
Questions about your data, or a request to see or delete it, go through the Contact us form. We answer within one business day.
When you send us a form
Contact us, the case study request, the calculator’s requests, subscribe and “Get notified” send what you type: your name, practice, email, number of providers and message, depending on the form.
It reaches our team as an email in our Microsoft 365 mailbox, so we can reply. The site itself doesn’t keep it. We use it only to answer you, and we don’t sell or share it.
Subscribing and “Get notified” only tell our team for now. We don’t send newsletters yet; when we start, we’ll ask you to confirm first.
The Revenue Leak Calculator
We save your answers as you go, to improve the calculator: your practice’s numbers, the tools you use, the estimate you saw, the steps you reached, and the page or link that brought you. They’re saved under a random ID made in your browser, with no name, email or IP address, and kept for one year.
We don’t know who you are unless you send one of the request forms.
Case study links
Some case studies are shared through personal links. Each link is made for one person, and we see how it’s read: when, for how long, which sections, and whether it was opened on another device. To tell devices apart, the page keeps a random ID in your browser. The list of who got which link stays with us.
Security checks
- Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps short-term request logs, including IP addresses, to run the site and stop abuse.
- To stop the same address being used to flood us, we keep a one-way code made from each email address for two days. The address can’t be read back from it.
In your browser
The site keeps a few things in your browser’s storage: your light or dark theme, your calculator progress, and the device ID on case study pages. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.
Where it’s kept
- Vercel (the site and its logs)
- Microsoft Azure in the United States (calculator answers and case study reading, kept for one year)
- Microsoft 365 (our team’s email)
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to us through Contact us. If you’re in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority; ours is the Polish UODO.
