The practice

Arizona’s top-rated center for ADHD, for children, teens and adults.

It started in 2021 with one provider. The plan from day one: let software do the tedious work, simplify every routine step, and hire people who genuinely care about patients.

After hours

The front desk closes at night. The portal doesn’t.

Many people decide about a visit in the evening or at the weekend, and many would rather tap than call. If the only way in is a phone line, the decision waits until Monday. By then some have forgotten, and some have changed their mind.

Self-service

Patients book, fill in forms and change visits. On their own.

Booked by patients99%

of first visits, booked online by the family itself.

Intake formsOnline

Each patient sees only the questions that apply to them.

Changed online1 in 2

moves and cancellations, made by patients themselves.

What it means

A portal is more than fewer calls. A slot that opens on a Friday evening can be booked on Friday evening, not on Monday morning.

Forms

Forms go out on their own. Each patient gets only the ones that apply.

When a visit is booked, the portal picks its forms from the service, the patient’s age and the type of visit, and sends them with a deadline. Move a visit to video and the consent form is added; move it back to the office and it’s gone. Reminders follow until the forms are in. Nobody on the team chooses or sends a form.

Completed online29,339

forms this year, for 5,970 visits.

Picked per visit22

different sets, from one form to eighteen.

After hours43%

of forms, completed when the clinic was closed.

What it means

Before the visit, the team sees how far each patient has got, without asking. Teachers of younger patients get their own forms by email: 279 came back filled in this year.

Insurance

New insurance comes up a week ahead. Not at the front desk.

Checking new coverage takes an insurer one to three days, so finding out at check-in is too late. Now, a week before each visit, the portal shows the card on file and asks: is this still your insurance? A new card goes to the chart and opens a ticket for the team.

Confirmed1,347

patients confirmed their insurance in the portal since July 2026.

Checked in time9 in 10

insured patients seen since August had confirmed it before arriving.

Video visits

Every video visit gets its Zoom link. Nobody on the team makes one.

Booking a video visit creates its Zoom meeting and puts a Join button in the portal. When the visit moves, the meeting moves with it. When it’s cancelled, the meeting goes too. Staff can switch a visit to video in one click, and the family is told.

Created9,060

Zoom links this year, made when a video visit was booked.

Moved1,945

links updated when a video visit was rescheduled.

Removed499

links deleted when a video visit was cancelled.

What it means

6,799 video visits this year, and not one link was copied, pasted or sent by hand.

In their words

Andrii treats our business like it’s his own.

He doesn’t just build what we ask for. He helps us rethink how we operate and what’s possible. He thinks like an owner, challenges us when it matters, and never settles for ‘good enough.’ Every project he delivers moves us forward, and he’s become someone we trust with the things that matter most.
